They rarely answer the phone, the nurses and admin staff constantly say they will do things and never do them. They allow residents to sit in human waste for hours and hours, mistreat some based on their "likes and dislikes" - NOT RECOMMENDED.
The food is cold almost every meal. Today is August 19, 2024. This is what my mom had for lunch today. If you look at the ticket she got with the meal, it clearly shows carrots and roll were supposed to be on the plate. Not so though. What's going on here?
The food is awful! This is what my mother got for dinner. If you say anything they will just make excuses.
