Coming to Compel was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. I finally decide that I had enough with how my life was going and went full send and signed up. My wife and I are in our late 50s. We both have some issues (knees / back) but were hoping to get stronger and lose some weight. Mitch listened to our needs, and he designed workouts that were fun yet challenging. Most importantly, the workouts were achievable, so we have stuck with them. We have been motivated to continue our gym routines because of the positive results that we feel and see.

Compel is a joke. Their trainers are under qualified. I’ve watched people come into the gym not knowing how to hold a weight correctly and two months later they are hired as a trainer. The company does cookie cutter workouts. They use the same basic workout for everyone that they train. Standing next to someone while reading off a clipboard as they workout isn’t personal training. I’ve yet to see a trainer correct bad form. Save your money people, you can find better workouts on YouTube
