I made an appointment and received multiple texts and emails confirming the appointment. I arrived early and waited outside for 20 min only to find out the Eagan location is closed and there was a sign on the door directing you to Lakeville. Not sure why I was able to make an appointment if this location is permanently closed. Very frustrating.
Unfortunately had to get stitches this morning but Gia was an angel. She was kind, patient, attentive, and explained every step that she was taking. I was super nervous and she helped me feel better and took great care of my wound as well. I would definitely recommend this location!
No communication. Waited for promised next day results with no call from them. I called for 1.5 weeks with no answer or ability to leave a message on their phone system. Called other Compcare clinics with the same results. Finally got ahold of Compcare Lakeville and left my information because they said that they didn't have access to Eagan's records. Brought my son to The Urgency Room and found out that he had pneumonia.

I had a great experience! I got right in, check-in was easy (if you’re moderately tech-savvy, hope they have a system for folks who aren’t) and the PA spent a long time with me making sure this experience was a LOT less painful than the same procedure at a different urgent care a couple of years ago. Recommend!
