I went to Compatax on April 8, 2025, to do my taxes. The ladies there were super nice and friendly -- and honestly, they made the experience feel really comfortable. But I have to say, the follow-up hasn't been great. I've been trying to reach the accountant since then and haven't gotten any response. I've called a few times, but all I get is the receptionist taking messages. No one has gotten back to me.
