I have worked for Compassus Hospice for years and find it to be very meaningful work. The Company and Leadership is always more then supportive and allows a good work/home life balance. The Company and Leadership provide support and training. Absolutely wonderful service to have available! I have had a few of my residents on service and the staff from the social worker, to the nurses, and hospice aides have all been amazing! Ellen is a wonderful first contact for the company, she’s knowledgeable and full of love! I would recommend Compassus to future residents needing services!
Very disappointed. I was pushed into compasses hospice while my mom was in the hospital. Doing more research and the Marshfield team I found numerous online records of the director and nurses out drinking and partying, posting pictures also with them in what looks to be the office. Very disappointed in how people feel this is professional. I am so happy that we went a different route for my mom's care.

I read where people were pleased with the theorpists from the marshfield Compassus people this was not our experience. Visits were few and short. It was impossible to get any schedule for upcoming visits and visits were short. After dropping them then going to a different theorpy group the new theorpist in one hour accomplished more results than compasses did in 2.5 months.
