Can’t say enough good about Compassus. We are very lucky to have my father assigned to the nurse Cody. She had been wonderful and really supportive during such a stressful time. I really recommend this hospice company.
Wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience I’ve ever gone through. They have made the process of my dad dying so much harder. My mom is emotionally and physically drained. Please find another agency. This one should be shut down.
I cannot get a call back from a supervisor. His nausea meds were to be called in on Friday , they were NOT called in until I contacted them on Tuesday. The nurse just shows up I dont get a time frame. I have added 3 visits a week instead of 1.( Ignored.) They want the patient to drain himself. Compasses gets paid to do this. UNSATISFIED!!
