From start to finish the care we received for my mom-tie (mom-auntie) was exceptional. The care we received was about all of us, as a whole family unit. It was about providing quality of life while helping the rest of us hobble along and fumble through this unknown territory. I can't say enough about the amazing team at Compassus. From Alaina who, with amazing compassion, walked us through our first steps into hospice, to our outstanding nurses,Jean Pierre and Tiffany to our angel CNA Nyeisha, the love they gave to my auntie and the ENTIRE family are second-to-none.
You're faced with making huge decisions so quickly. Alaina & Anna answered our questions patiently and listened to our needs. We were setup and on our way home at lightning speed. Our nurses Jean Pierre, Tiffany and CNA Nyeisha are literally angels- ensuring mom was as comfortable as possible and helping her through her hospice journey. Sometimes coming on days off and always available for a call or to come by [again]. They also gently guided us to be the best caregivers we could be. Thank you for everything you do.
When my mother was diagnosed with metastatic cancer in May, our family immediately started to look for hospice options.
