My Mom passed away in December of 2025, after suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease since 2015. Jennifer was my Mom’s Compassus hospice nurse. I want to express my gratitude to Compassus for their excellent care of my Mom during the last many months of her journey with Alzheimer’s. My Mom was on hospice with this company. They failed to meet their core objectives. When my Mom was towards the end of life nobody from Compassus was there till an hour after she passed. They released information on my moms condition to someone that was not supposed to get it. The person we had to deal with the hour after she passed showed no compassion or empathy. This company may be good if they are coming to your home for services, but think twice if they are caring for your loved one in a facility. Communication is horrific. Compassion is zero. I will give the bath aid assigned credit, she really seemed caring. Misinformation constantly, no one's knows the answers to anything you ask them.
