If zero stars were an option, this company would have earned it. Our 10 year old son was placed on hospice care in November 2024 and passed away in January 2025. Entrusting a hospice with a child’s end-of-life care requires extraordinary competence, compassion, and accountability. This company failed on all three. Only a small handful of individuals no more than three demonstrated anything resembling genuine care or professionalism. Compassus team was excellent with my Mom in 2023 and my Dad who recently passed last month. His nurse, Lorie and social worker, Amy were so compassionate and my Dad loved them. He would ask when his "doctor" was coming, talking about his nurse. My sister, brother and myself couldn't have asked for better care.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and compassion Compassus provided for my grandmother and our family during such a difficult time. In one year we went through a revolving door of nurses and aides. Inconsistent with their scheduling and lack of communication from staff. Do not recommend their service for anyone, unless you want to be ignored and forgot about or lied to.
