My delivery experience at the hospital through UT Health was exceptional, featuring wonderful support staff and an on-call physician from Compassionate Women’s Health who was equally kind. However, my experience with the clinic itself during follow-up care was entirely unacceptable. When I was due for my scheduled postpartum appointment, I was denied service because my insurance originates out of state.
