I really wanted to like this place. This place lacks a lot of communication and organization skills between the front desk and the providers. Their website states they accept children of all ages and have play therapy for children. I called, spoke with receptionist told her I wanted therapy for my 7 year old, she stated I needed to the see the provider first before starting therapy for my son okay cool. Providers are outstanding. Administrative staff make the experience BEYOND frustrating. Ins authorization expired last month. How would I know? No one contacted me at all. They just cancelled my appointment without telling me anything. The morning of the appointment. Absolutely incompetent.
Outstanding!!!! Amy Allen has been by my side every step of the way in my healing process. I am 53 years old and have battled bipolar for most of my life. Bipolar always won and I was left defeated. Our experience with the providers have been exceptional! We are so pleased and grateful. As for the receptionist and/or customer service providers, not so much. I find myself very irritated every time I have to call in about a prescription refill for my 5 year old.
