My team and I recently visited this clinic for TMS training and from their front desk to their back team, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Robin did an incredible job giving us tips and information that will help us provide the best care for our own TMS Clinic. She is very knowledgeable about TMS, insurance and techniques and so open to sharing this knowledge with others. Great experience from the staff here today. Ms. Serena, Diana, Lisa, and Robin are all amazing at this location. They made me feel comfortable while I waited to see Ms. Serena for my appointment. They genuinely care for all of their patients here and help everyone around them stay happy.
This is very hard for me because I don't putting myself out there in public. Karen is the only person I can trust to help me with a accurate solution to my medications because I don't want to take pills but she has been spot on right and upfront with me. Yzabel her assistant is magnificent and extremely compassionate. They are a exceptional pair and I'm very lucky to have them both keeping me alive. Amy is my backup go to if scheduling is full. She is a rockstar too. Thank you for what you do...you are all remarkable.
Do not recommend! I had a evaluation and was informed 2x from the front desk that my co-pay was 20 dollars, again I asked after my evaluation and the lady who assisted me said again it was for a 20 dollar co-pay, a month or so later 8/29 ... 20 dollars was withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge, the billing person who assisted me said it was the copay supposed to be 40 dollars instead of 20. My experience with Compassionate Health Services has been very positive. The team that has been assigned to me Blake, Cita and Mary are all so kind and compassionate. They have made a huge difference in my life and have helped me navigate through the most difficult trauma in my life. I highly recommend their services.
