The worst transportation company I have ever worked with! I book transportation for a nursing home. I work with many companies Compassionate is ALWAYS late! ALWAYS! If I could give negative stars I would. There is always an excuse. There driver will say they are outside when they are not! The driver will say they’ve been trying to call the member, but the number is our facility manned phone
On Time. Your appointment times change and they adjust to fit your needs. Scheduled an appointment the were 1 hour early. No big deal. But They were at Lutheran General for Pickup and they wisked me away !
