Had a fever for over 2 weeks and begged the office to make an appointment. Receptionist said they would be taking lunch and would call back. I didn’t hear back until 5.5 hours later. When the actual doctor called me, I was on speaker phone which I didn’t appreciate as I don’t know who else is in the room or who else can hear the conversation. Dr. Michael Slater is one of the kindest, most compassionate, and genuinely caring physicians I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing—and calling my primary care doctor. He takes the time to truly listen without ever making you feel rushed. I’ve been with dr Slater for over 10 years now. There is honestly not enough local practitioners who TRUELY care about their patients like Dr Slater does. He’s 10 stars across the board. 5 stars doesn’t equate to his compassion and love for what he does. Dr Slater is honestly the best around
