Needed my brakes done on my 2019 VW Jetta. They are grinding metal to metal it’s the most awful sound. He said he could do my front and back brakes and get the parts for $700. I sent ALL the money up front. He came to the house and said hed get started. He calls me out in 5 minutes and says “ I’m sorry I can’t do your back brakes I don’t have the diagnostic equipment to put you car in maintenance mode”. Very nice guy however he came out put in my fuel filter didn't prime it couldn't get it to start then left said he'd be back don't worry. Never came back didn't answer my texts and calls until a couple hours later to tell me he couldn't get back over until later and his diesel mechanic was out of town. So he never came back, didn't call, didn't say anything left me stranded at my air bnb. So if you're in the area take your vehicle to KC's automotive everyone talks about how good they are.
