Awsome company and people! The desire to care and help people to stay in their homes is evident
My son has been a client at compassionate for several years. The services that they provide are always dependable and they truly live up to their name. The director, Amy is always available, knowledgeable of course compassionate.
CHC has been good to me, I love my clients, helping them with there daily lives that they can't do on there own any more. It's a very rewarding job, I know I've helped someone today and made them smile and made there life a little easier
I am currently employed here, and what I have to say is that I work in the office, and have also worked as a caregiver. This company truly cares about each employee, and we fully support our employees and our clients. We offer top pay in our industry, and if an employee has a bad review, it is only because he/she can’t show up to their job and give their 100%. All we ask for is that the adults that work for us act responsible, and show up for work.
Awful place to work. They don't care about the employees mental health. Owner, manager and scheduler are all rude. They say they care but they really don't.
