The HomeCare Agency is by far the worst Agnecy that I’ve had to work with/deal with when it come to patient care! There RN/LPNs have the worst professionalism, respect and dignity to their patients that I’ve have seen. These Nurses have the worst attitude problems, very argumentative, and most of them find a problem with washing there hands even when the water, soap, and paper towels are being offered! What a mess. Does nursing realize there are guidelines for visits? When a nurse runs in throws me medications never bothers to check my vitals or pain and leaves I know there is an issue. I complained to office and it seems not to have mattered. Very unprofessional best luck with this mess.
