I have gotta say this is by far the WORST doctor office I’ve ever went to!! I don’t always use the portal, they scheduled me a few appointments I had no idea about. They don’t call with reminders. I was seeing yola Augustin, she is very judgmental and rude!
DR Howard is my provider , but he doesn’t know how to respect patients time and health, I had two appointments with him which in both of I had wait long time and I had to cancel them and leave the facility because he simply doesn’t care what we have scheduled 2 hours after the appointment, keep that in mind this is no hospital, this is office so they schedule your appointments at their availability, but they don’t even respect that
