Absolute trash practice! No one answers the phones, no one returns calls, very unfriendly and unprofessional staff.
I've had Dr. Carmen Federico since 2014. The office can't give me an appointment within a reasonable time. They say I have to wait over 5 months? Are these people even human? Unacceptable.
First and last time i will subject my children to here. The nurse was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, trying to force things on our two kids then when I pushed back, she went in the hall and did nothing but talk trash about us. She ought to be fired before someone sues them for medical coercion. My daughter saw dr frederico and he was no polite, no bedside manner. I’ve been going here for three years now. I started at the Baldwinsville location where the doctor there said I looked “tropical”. I switched to the Cicero location and have been bringing up health concerns for years and keep getting told to lose weight. I then had weight loss surgery. I had x-rays done on my back and was never followed up with to go over the results. I had to show up in office to ask and was told I have arthritis.
