Superb
I love the practice great care but impossible to reach over the phone
Horrible medical practice. Not compassionate whatsoever. Rude staff, rude management. I'm disabled and have to go from Bridgeport to downtown to be seen, and it's walk in only and you have to wait hours!!!!!! I signed up for North Syracuse, and a North Syracuse doctor, but have to go downtown and occasionally Baldwinsville, which is even way farther. Told them this was unacceptable and maybe I should look elsewhere. They said go ahead, that is your choice, lol.
They prescribe medication then go on vacation without sending it to the pharmacy. Four phone calls to get one of the other drs to look at my chart and call it in and nope they didn’t do it . So another night of suffering with a bad allergic reaction and no meds to relieve the itch or calm down the reaction
