They don’t know what they’re doing. No one has an answer for anything you ask, they’re disorganized, they like to talk badly about clients right in front of them like they’re out in a school yard and one of them is an adult infant who literally cries and whines to clients about her issues every day and throws temper tantrums if things aren’t going her way even though she’s middle aged. It’s a beautiful place but some of the staff make it hell unless you fit their ideal client type.
