I love this clinic. The service and treatment I was receiving were excellent. The doctor was very responsible and always listened to you. I like that when scheduling an appointment, they find a convenient time for you and according to your needs, as long as they have availability. The staff is very professional and attentive when you call with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
Unreliable Medication Management, Poor Communication, and Unprofessional Dismissals ~I strongly caution anyone considering this practice. While my relative values her remote therapist, the administrative and Nurse Practitioner (NP) side of this office is a serious concern and has led to unnecessary suffering. The worst!!!! They stopped taking my insurance and never told me. I've been ghosted several times. I'm stuck without meds and they could care less. Compassionate Care my ass!

Edit in response: Nobody said anything about choosing what paperwork to do, just said it was alot of steps the day I was called late at night that had to be done that day weeks before the appointment for ZERO communication ZERO efforts to even attempt to communicate even after scheduling an 8PM appointment without my permission, no responses in app that doesnt even work, and a 5 min total appt with constant sound and video issues.
