Edit in response: Nobody said anything about choosing what paperwork to do, just said it was alot of steps the day I was called late at night that had to be done that day weeks before the appointment for ZERO communication ZERO efforts to even attempt to communicate even after scheduling an 8PM appointment without my permission, no responses in app that doesnt even work, and a 5 min total appt with constant sound and video issues. cant make an appointment as a new guest without calling the office first, called the office and no one answers, and you can't leave a message because the voicemail box is full. I'd like to try this place out because it's close and has great reviews.
They are truly amazing. I'm self pay because my insurance isnt accepted, but they make it affordable. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I cannot say enough good things about compassionate care. Dr. Easa (sp?) is the warmest founder of any health care practice I’ve ever spoken too. You can always get them on the phone. Dr. Chaleby is the first psychiatrist I’ve been able to properly connect with since mine died from cancer a few years back. He gets me, and doesn’t sugar coat when I need to do better with medication adherence or boundaries. Thank you to their team for caring so well for me.
