Never been ghosted by a medical treatment provider until this place. Also very unreliable with sending prescriptions to pharmacy, horrible communication, would have to make several phone calls just to get prescriptions filled. Avoid this place at all costs.
I love this clinic. The service and treatment I was receiving were excellent. The doctor was very responsible and always listened to you. I like that when scheduling an appointment, they find a convenient time for you and according to your needs, as long as they have availability. The staff is very professional and attentive when you call with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
Unreliable Medication Management, Poor Communication, and Unprofessional Dismissals ~I strongly caution anyone considering this practice. While my relative values her remote therapist, the administrative and Nurse Practitioner (NP) side of this office is a serious concern and has led to unnecessary suffering. Major Issues: Failure to Send Prescriptions: They've failed to send in essential antidepressant prescriptions twice, leading to dangerous gaps in treatment.
