Unbelievable how kind and professional the whole experience was. Dr. Nies was one of the most empathetic veterinarians I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I should also mention the first line booking staff, they have a a gift when it comes to customer satisfaction. It’s never easy to call and set something like this up & this is the first time our family has gone this route for companion hospice. Over a year later and I am still endlessly grateful to Compassionate Care for helping my dog and I have a peaceful and meaningful goodbye. They made the entire process as comfortable and straightforward for both of us as possible, starting from the first phone call all the way to picking up his remains

Making the decision to say goodbye to my cat was one of the most difficult decisions I have ever made. I knew she was in pain, but I didn't know how much and the vets were no help. I didn't want her to suffer any longer. This place was very comforting and compassionate during this difficult time. I feel better knowing that my cat got to spend her last few moments in her home and not stressed out at the vet clinic that she had come to hate so much and would never let me go in with her.
