This is a wonderful company. The employees are the best and the director is down to earth, generous, and kind.

The company seems to be poorly managed. If the assigned home care aide is unavailable due to conditions out of their control such as sickness and can't come to service for a week there is no one to fill in. This has happened to me twice. Clients are without service.
Lazy, doesn’t want to provide services just wants to get paid. Services listed not provided. Should have googled first and noticed 2.7 score.
