There wait times are so bad. I have to wait 90 minutes extra for my appointment. Does not values the patients time at all. Disgusting management. Please book your appointments accordingly.
Clinic is terrible at replying to emails (it has been 5 days with no reply) and answering phone calls during open hours posted on Google. I understand some things may be too confidential for email but a auto response would still be appreciated to indicate the expected response time and that the email was indeed received. Timliness for appointments are hit and miss from my experience there since they first opened. When concerns were brought up with front desk a year ago, I was rudely brushed off by the receptionist. I had a facial with Jo-Sheena today at the Compassion Medical Wellness Centre. This is a top notch Medical Wellness Centre I have attended. The serenity and ambience is excellent. Jo-Sheena was absolutely amazing! She explained the procedure step by step and all the benefits! I did the hydro jelly treatment and my face felt incredibly soft and refreshed afterward.
