This place is the real deal. EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. Many clinics have poor customer service but Compassion Family Medicine proves it doesn't have to be like that. They are also not a part of a corporate health system and in my opinion it makes them much better because they actually care about giving a good patient experience. I was shocked when asking for paperwork or refill requests how quick and responsive they were. Truly impressed. Hands down the best family practice we have ever been apart of.
The reason why I’m giving a one star is because they told me they were accepting new patients so we filled out paperwork and took it in, took about 3 weeks to even hear a call back to get scheduled. I spoke to front desk she told me that doctor wrote “he didn’t feel like my mom was a fit to his clinic, or helping her out”. That’s just wrong I have never heard a physician say that, but she repeated it more than once. I had heard great reviews about doctor that’s why I wanted to go there but we will go else where.
