I was extremely nervous going in and I really didnt know what to expect. I was met with the kindest individuals and all of them equally helpful, pleasant, informative in their area of expertise, and overall gave you a sense of comfort. I felt little to nothing outside of the numbing sensation during my root canal. Dr. Graham told me exactly what to expect along with everything he was going to do. Look, no one wants to have work done on their teeth, it's fact. However, when a doctor and their staff make that consultation, treatment, and billing a breeze, it makes the visit a lot lighter. Dr. Graham and staff are extremely empathetic, thorough, and do incredible (and painless) work.
Horrible experience. Was referred here by my dentist after having a very specific medical finding. This office proceeded to take more tests which showed the exact same measurements and issue as I had documented coming into the appointment. The doctor proceeded to tell me he couldn’t help me and referred elsewhere. At checkout, they charged me over 8 times the original quoted price and argued that it was my fault for their poor communication on pricing.
