Nazzy, Sam and Katie were wonderful and sweet. 6 mimosas and a little bit of pregaming they were very welcoming, also Sam informed me on the difference between a quiche and a frittata. Very informative, I can't believe the difference is just the egg white like he said. I couldn't think of a better catering company.
I am a lucky girl! I was treated to jambalaya, sweet corn, salad and most of all pralines! If you are from the south you know what I am talking about! It is a beautiful mixture of brown sugar, BUTTER, and pecans. I love this confection so much I have them shipped from New Orleans! Now I can get the best I ever tasted here in Spokane Washington! Who knew?

Thank you Compassion Catering for an amazing meal. I had been flown out for a Summit in Spokane and the participants and I were eating hotel meals. While the meals kept us sustained, the Compassion Catering definitely was the highlight of the Summit. Delicious, flavorful and served with intention. Highly recommend them.
