I was absolutely devastated when I went in for the 2nd time within a week from a SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION to something I came in contact with. I had SEVERE ITCHING was about to lose my mind and I couldn't believe that I wasn't shown ANY KIND OF COMPASSION by the nurse the student and the Dr. They made me feel that it was ALL in my mind!!!! I only wish it would've been because then I could've made it go away!!! We could not be more grateful for the kind and caring professionals at Compassion Care Clinic! They live out their name! Compassion and Care! We walked in with a minor emergency and they took excellent care of my husband Mark! Dallas has experience and expertise that we needed! We’re very grateful to him and to his entire staff, from the front office all the way to the exam room! Thank you Dallas, Connie, Amber, Alma, Ashley and Emily!
Best around they got me in on short notice twice
Th provider is great, the nurses and techs are great, the business office is horrible. They play the common healthcare game of buck passing, obstruction, lack of follow through, and shirking customer service responsibilities around and getting nothing done. I stopped seeing the provider because of this, and now deal with a great provider at a clinic in Las Cruces with front office people who understand customer service.
