GO ELSEWHERE. They have no compassion. Turned away my mom and her dog in their hour of need when all vets are closed on a Sunday and they were a 10 minute drive. She had to drive 45 minutes to another vet while our poor dog suffered the entire way. Don't waste your time here.
We were in need. Being a holiday weekend our vet was booked. I had not known of this place, but am so grateful they were here when we needed them. We were able to take in our fuzzy buddy. Thank you for your kind, calm care.
Update: We had yet another canine emergency and Dr. Mary was excellent as always! I cannot thank Dr. Mary and the staff enough. I came in worried and overwhelmed and every single person was kind, patient and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed, brushed off or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Mary was amazing. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what was going on and what to expect. We had an urgent care need for our dog and we were seen on the same day and on a weekend. The staff was kind and compassionate. Thank you Dr. Mary! Highly recommend.
