Jim was so detailed with the services they offered. When I called him to inquire, he visited us the next day to show us what the company can offer. He also assist us with financing and made sure we can get the great deal for the Window and Door project we want Due to the delay of orders he made sure we won’t be running another hard pull credit. Completely unresponsive and untrustworthy. They did a horrible job at my parent’s house. Everytime it rains water leaks.STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Like everyone else I am in need of a warranty repair and am unable to reach this company.
My initial experience was good, but I've been trying to get work done under the warranty for months and no one will return my calls or emails. This place isn't related to Compass Windows out of Chicago, no matter what they claim.
This project was done efficiently. The workers were in and out within hours and extremely friendly and informative. They were able to adjust to my schedule. The quote they received was extremely fair! Edit - piece of the window broke a year plus ago. I've been trying to contact Jim and his team for a year plus now to get a repair as this is under warranty. They have not answered the phone, email or text. Very disappointed.
