Compass Fitness & Compass Wellness are two of my favorite gyms in Denver. The HIIT style classes are so effective and they have some of the most qualified, most experienced instructors in the business. I feel extremely safe here during COVID-19, and always leave feeling accomplished. I feel so grateful to have incredible gyms like this in my neighborhood.
I love Compass fitness and all they're wonderful instructors. The classes are ALWAYS a good workout and I never leave feeling like I needed more. Thank you to all the wonderful instructors!
