Nice friendly staff, helped my elderly Mom out a lot... thank you
Now that I’ve established myself at a new practice, I did want to take time to share my negative experience with Compass Vision Care. I did not find the staff to be welcoming and this felt more like a high-end country club than eye care practice. I paid an obscene amount for my lenses which upon asking around was unheard of by other practices. I also went back for contact lenses and they sent me home with a week supply and never checked back in to see if I liked them or wanted to order them.
Such a wonderful visit. Clean friendly professional and high end equipment and care.
Dr. Fraser was a God-Send for my functional eye care. My friend raved about how she’d rescued her vision, and now I can wholeheartedly share that she saved mine as well! From start to finish, I received a more comprehensive and thoughtful evaluation of my eye issues than what I’d previously experienced from two local cataract ophthalmologists. Dr. Fraser and the team are highly professional, extremely kind and thorough. My son is 7 years old and the whole team was really great with him.
