One of the worst customer service experiences that we've have ever had. My wife called there to follow up on an appointment for our dog, and the customer service rep was extremely rude, nasty and snarky. On top of the fact that when we did try to schedule a follow up appointment several months prior, they were not able to and the neurologist was on maternity leave, which felt like it was for over a year. Believe the bad reviews that are provided here and take your dog elsewhere to get looked at.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Harvey and her team. We have a barely five pound Yorkie who was having spine and muscular issues and needed surgery. From start to finish the care was exceptional. Dr. Harvey took wonderful care of our dog and made sure we were informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.
