They were very polite and quick to respond. They are very reasonably priced compared to other places. Thank you very much!
Avoid avoid avoid!! Do not waste your money! This company gave us a new survey on a lot that had already had a survey done by the previous owner. They somehow managed to misplace a very visible corner marker 4ft into the property line and said the other corresponding corner marker (found on previous survey) was miraculously now at a 4ft offset. I would never hire or recommend Compass Survey to anyone. My experience with Compass Survey was extremely disappointing. Michelle Gavin and Liz Torres were consistently rude and unprofessional, both over email and on the phone. Even after I provided detailed explanations multiple times, they still seemed unsure of what they were doing and acted as if they were doing me a favor instead of providing a service we were paying for. Guy that did the survey did great, and in a timely manner. Has some communication issues with the office, but eventually did get resolved which I appreciate.
