I had a scheduled pickup with Compass Shipping for Saturday, the 16th, between 10 AM and 3 PM. To my surprise, no one ever showed up, and I didn’t even receive a courtesy call, despite them having my contact number. The least they could have done was reach out, which would have been the professional and decent thing to do. Very unprofessional service. Businesses should remember that it’s customers who keep them going, and this negative review could have been avoided with just a simple phone call.

Very Unprofessional! Always lie and say their phone line was not working....Even the owner is rude and acts like he's doing you a favor, like he gave you a discount or something. One of the guys that picked up my barrels even told my relative about my shipment, I mean how much more Unprofessional can you get... What if I didn't want anyone to know about my shipment!? I could go on and on about my HORRIBLE experience with this company, but I'll leave it there for now...DO NOT SHIP WITH COMPASS SHIPPING!!!

Worse company. Very unprofessional and need customer service training. But since the head does not respect customers, what do you expect from rest of the staff.
