I used this shipping location to send a package and paid via Zelle. Since Monday, I’ve been calling to confirm that my payment was received. Each time I call, I’m transferred to a voicemail box that is full. When I try calling back, the phone just rings and no one answers. This lack of communication has been very frustrating and feels unprofessional. Customers should be able to easily confirm payment and reach someone for assistance. I hope management improves their responsiveness.

I had a barrel and a box send to Carriacou! On the 22nd of November! Two guys came to pick it up! The guy measured the box! He said the box was $70 and the barrel was $120 i gave the guys $220! I always tip them. In December my son contacted grenada, they told him the barrel were there but it was paid for! Mind you! I have my paid receipt! I called the office here in the US they said I had a balance on the barrel, I told them I were very disappointed because I have my receipt! Scheduled a pickup today from 9am-4pm no one showed up. Called the company number and of course the phone isn’t working & the mailbox is full. Waste of time giving this business your patronage. Go somewhere else. Won’t even give a courtesy call to reschedule.
