These are the words used in multiple RN job postings under this company. This suggests that this company only accepts residents who are English speaking! This is illegal. Interpreter services exists in healthcare for a reason- all persons regardless of their primary language deserve care. Interpreters are available for in the healthcare setting and are required by law. This is shameful.

I’ve had the chance to work with Compass Senior Living and have been really impressed by their resident-centered approach and collaborative mindset. Their teams are easy to work with, open to feedback, and proactive about working through the details needed to support both families and staff. Communication is clear and timely, and they follow through on what they say they’ll do, which makes day-to-day collaboration smooth. Compass Senior Living is an AWESOME company! I have toured several of their communities and every person that I have met overachieved their company motto or Goodness, Family and Friends. I cannot wait to get hear fabulous stories from our loved ones.

Major negligence and building code violations! They charge my mother over $8,000 after violations and negligence. There is water damage in my mother's apartment that makes me sick whenever I visit! I want these people gone now.
