My poor review stems from a communication issue with a manger named Steven. Poor choice of words were used during the phone call that was made to discuss my receipt and the billing in which infuriated me. The staff here is excellent and they did a great job of making sure the truck was ready for pickup and even went above and beyond by returning lost items they found in the truck to me. I have no complaints about the workers of this facility, my issue stems from the poor customer service of Steven.

Just set up my storage unit with Devon and she was super professional and helpful, making my move in experience a great one. I highly recommend checking them out for all your storage and moving needs.

Staff was exceptional at getting me started with my new unit.The woman at the Belcher and Bryan Dairy location are top notch, they have helped me out in so many ways, very professional ladies. Any questions I have are answered by both ladies at Compass, thanks so much Danette, and I'm really sorry, but I can't remember what the other lady's name was, but both of them ROCK!! THANK YOU BOTH!!

Devon was amazing, she was very polite and respectful. She took the time to show me a variety of units to make sure I got the one that was suitable for me. Prices are amazing as well!
