Facility is clean and well kept. There are tons of cameras located throughout the facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In comparison to other storage facilities like Extra Space Storage, I feel confident my things are safe with Compass Storage.
Love this facility and specifically the manager, Devon Felmey, who continues to assist us since a recent tough and unanticipated move through helping find the right size unit(s) and advising us on coordinating movers, etc. First class!
Such a nice facility! Everything is super clean and easy to use. The smart phone feature is AMAZING! Danette was super helpful and sweet! She answered all of my questions promptly and even took me on a little tour of the facility. She truly made me feel valued. Great job Danette and Compass Storage on hiring this sweet individual Update- i had to get an additional unit and she made the process so smooth and quick. Filled out the papers, paid and was done in less than 5 minutes. This place is amazing!
Devon and Dannette are Amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
They are the experts! I wasn’t sure what size unit I really needed but they showed me the perfect fit for my needs!
