I’d like to thank Serena for being patient and helpful. Thank you to the manager available assisting her as well. Serena acknowledged my stress and took it upon herself to accommodate my frustrations. So freaking amazing of her. She didn’t have to but she did. Forever grateful for her.
Serena was amazing and it was great experience from start to finish. She was very professional, friendly, and truly willing to go above and beyond to help. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure, which gave me peace of mind. Thanks to her, she is why I rented here. Highly recommend!
Serena was amazing! She was so helpful and made sure my move was an easy transition. Stress-free and calm the whole time while working a busy Saturday! Idk if google reviews will help her get a raise but if it does… she deserves one!
Very kind, answered my questions and made renting a moving van easy. Update: Contacted me a few minutes before closing to let me know they lost key of the truck and didn’t know what to do. We get there following day, they found key but never contacted me and canceled the truck. I had to change plans and get inclosed trailer some where else.
