Update: the local team tried to update this account? That’s nonsense as I don’t have an account with you. However, you do have my contact information and no one reached out. Poor service and the girl that works there is a liar. They claimed they called to tell me they didn’t have my U-haul reservation, but they never called. I showed her my call log and asked her where the call was because I had no missed calls. Instead she kept bs-ing me and saying they called me!

Jackie in the office is incredible! After shopping multiple different storage complexes, I decided on compass due to the amazing customer service I received. Highly recommend!
