Self service pickup was difficult. They forgot to open gate for me. Had to walk back and forth to the office in 100 degree weather a couple times. The 20 foot truck needed work, driver side door didn't fully close. Rattled while driving and steering wheel had 6 inches of play in it. Easy return where they corrected my billing issue.
Has the most pleasant experience with the front office from the phone to the move in they where awesome Jennifer and the other lady that was there I can’t get her name but they great highly recommend
