Great company. Protect every site they manage and have great technology. Great team of Thomas the owner, Mallory in HR. I do miss Mr. Elrod. He used to run the monitoring department. But still such an outstanding company to do business with.
"I was blamed for $40,000 of AC units being stolen" while at home sleep and the staff that was working accepted NO responsibility. To fix they're mistakes, They made me create an inventory spread sheet and tracking system from scratch in result and did not receive any credit. This created a ton of extra work for me, I was burnt out severely from workload doubling. What did they say? "Leave if you don't like it". The list of pitfalls for this company is too long. STAY AWAY! EMPLOYEES AND BUSINESSES !
