Staff was rude. Food was nasty. My family and I witnessed two Compass Rose Events employees in the navy blue polos with the monogrammed logo drinking beer/alcohol while on the job. It was two blonde ladies who were driving around in a little green cart. Not to mention this was at a family event, and the site host has a no alcohol on premise policy. It's a shame you cannot leave a negative review on Facebook. I cannot recommend!
They hired me in with training three weeks from my hire date. I did 4 live events and didn’t know how or what to really do. I was 15 mins late to one event in Chattanooga and they fired me on the spot. I was an event manager. The pay is ok and the staff is messy. It’s a lot of men but they act like women on the job. A lot of physical work with no benefits. Currently dealing with carpel tunnel in my wrist because of this job. 3/10 wouldn’t recommend if your not an out doors person or travel person
