*Update* My children are now home, in my care again, and in therapy to work through what this therapist put them through and the misinformation she swore under oath about. This therapist caused my children DIAGNOSED PTSD and additional therapy needs. She misdiagnosed 4 children all with the same general diagnosis. She should lose her license. Dr. Parker is absolutely wonderful! I could not say enough great things about her. She is the one and ONLY therapist that Ive had that actually cares. She is blunt but I love it because I don't need someone babing me, I need someone to tell me the truth. She is extremely educated and experienced and has helped not only me but my family as well. Upon the close of the first meeting with this counselor we decided a move forward plan; the next session in 3 weeks would be with my son. I scheduled that appointment for Oct 3rd at 4pm. October 3rd at 1:06pm, I called to confirm this appointment and left for the 75 minute drive. Showed up 25 minutes early and waited in the waiting room for my 4pm appointment. Dr. Pam is a great family therapist. We have been to 3 sessions and I have learned many techniques to help with coping with daily stress/anxiety of raising 5 kids as an at home mom. She is helping with bonding techniques/parenting techniques with our foster children as well as bio children. She helps you get to the root of the problem. I love that she is all about positive thinking and implementing that family wide. I love having her as an accountability partner !
