I went the compass retreat 2 years ago, I tried many ways to stay clean and nothing worked. My family spent thousands on other rehabs the said they worked with Alcoholics Anonymous but it was very drawn out. At the compass retreat they do it the way it was originally done that worked for so many people back on the day. I'm very grateful for the guys there especially Brian.

For someone who has been to many treatment facilities all over Massachusetts and the country the compass retreat is the place that has done the most for me its 12 step approach and hands on accountability to follow through with your sobriety is more affective than any fancy insurance based program in malibu etc... i was hopeless and broken and just got out of a psych ward when i came to compass and they educated me on my disease better than ive ever been educated before and set up a plan of action for my success and im grate... read more

I was in a tough spot and a house manager reached out, everyone was really helpful when I got there. I owe everything I have now to going through the compass and actually wanting to better myself. I’ve been to multiple programs and this is one of the best hands down

I had just relapsed AGAIN after countless times trying to get sober every way possible but.... This retreat and the 12 steps saved my life. It’s great to be sober but it’s better to be happy in sober. I would recommend this place to anyone that is battling drug addiction/alcohol. I am more then thankful for this great affordable program.
