At best, they’re incompetent. At worst, they’re criminal. Seller’s disclosure didn’t mention mold, but they kept the A/C on in a vacant house for weeks to dissipate the smell. I pulled my offer after an inspection and now they are holding my earnest money hostage weeks later. Work with anyone else. It can’t get worse.
Absolutely terrible broker support. I have reached out to Bill Murray and the executive teams multiple times via email and no response.
This company bought a property on our street to in turn rent out and continue to allow the tenant neglect it. Recently, when we contacted them to address the tenant again, we were met with an incredibly rude response, hence the review now. Based on our limited experience, I would not do business with Compass.

She has a team of experts líned up to assist you with the buying/selling process; from the agent, to the lender, closing attorney, and even home inspectors...they're the absolute Best!
