I expected white-glove service when purchasing a luxury home through COMPASS in Incline Village, but the experience felt closer to bargain retail than luxury real estate. Our agent did the bare minimum throughout the transaction and failed to follow up on important undisclosed repairs that should have been addressed after closing.
