Not a good experience with Compass NNJ. The realtor I communicated with was a little unorganized & failed to communicate pertinent information to me via text which was our go to firm of communication. Once my rental deal fell through due to my bank refusing to send my 4 different wire deposit attempts, because of fraudulent activity on the recipients behalf, my Compass Realtor still did not take my word as truth. John is an amazing resource and goes above and beyond in helping us understand comps, the value of our home, and has been critical in helping us understand the changing market and the “bones” of prospective new homes. I'm sure Compass is a great company , I'm sure they are not like one of their employees Barbara Rodriguez ((2) sons) though. Rumor has it (reliable source), everywhere they move they terrorize their neighbors and get great satisfaction doing it, and have to keep moving because of it, playing others by giving them false information.
