Given the fact that there are (were not?) not many places to have an evaluation, diagnosis, check up, regiment/routine planning done by psychiatrist around the certain area.. - You gotta give the place a bit of a break. I know it’s more than awful to have something happen to the medication you need to cognitively function accordingly. A few years ago my paper work for one of my prescriptions was lost. Very rude practitioners! The receptionist is nice and as helpful as she can be but thats where the compassion and bedside manner stop. Please don't expect to get any answers or diagnosis about yourself from this office. I recommend going elsewhere if you are in need to help with your mental health.

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion Ms Ayjanah Moore had. After a 5 week wait, I had my initial appointment with her to establish myself with the practice. Ms Moore was rude from second 1, when I was let into the room she did not acknowledge my presence for at least 3 minutes and that was after the 1.5 hr wait past my appointment time (I'm not upset about the wait, we all expect that from doctor offices).
