I am a renter that relocated to Waco. I had such an uncomfortable experience with this management company. First of all, I applied at a property located at 2701 Colonial ave, unit C, Waco, Tx 76707. I applied and was approved, my experience being a person of color, can't describe the feeling right now. All I can say, disappointed. Upon getting approved, I was given a set date to move-in, on the day of move-in there was a lockbox still on the unit. I reached out to the property management about removing the lockbox.
