I am a renter that relocated to Waco. I had such an uncomfortable experience with this management company. First of all, I applied at a property located at 2701 Colonial ave, unit C, Waco, Tx 76707. I applied and was approved, my experience being a person of color, can't describe the feeling right now. All I can say, disappointed.
