There were many issues while building our pool. The pool builder just disappeared, not returning calls, our pool is not finished. We're owed $, also for the mistakes made. Compass Pools told us they'd help. If helping means having to pay more, then it's not really helping! Compass forced us to use their pool builder, or we just couldn't have their product.
Had our Compass pool with in-floor cleaning installed 3 years ago. Could not fault the installation, after sales care and service. The Paramount in-floor cleaning system is amazing and handles leaf litter like magic. Recently had an issue with the module and the local office were so awesome to deal with. Very happy customer!
We have a compass self cleaning pool which was installed in 2000, still cleaning itself like a champion! Definitely recommend! ♥️ Thanks guys. :)
