We have now had our Compass pool and spa for 4 years so a good time to provide an update. The pool and spa still look like new, and the filtration and in floor cleaning system have been faultless. On the rare occasions I have contacted Kate and her team they have replied and addressed my question - excellent customer service. I recently asked if someone could just check if my filtration system needed any maintenance and a rep arrived the following day and could not fault anything. Our Compass Pool was completed in December and we are so happy with how it turned out. The self cleaning is awesome and the pool always looks amazing without having to do anything. The team at Compass Pools Melbourne have been amazing. I would highly recommend them and would build a pool with them again!
We had a self-cleaning X-trainer spa installed by Compass as part of our new home build. Fantastic product, it works like a treat and looks fantastic. Cleans itself as promised, crystal clear water all year round with minimal attention required from me. Great people to work with. They were very flexible and worked in well with our Builder throughout the house build. Ben the installer was so helpful and knowledgeable, which made for a very smooth installation process. Would highly recommend them .
