Terrible service, terrible pool, they don’t respond to requests for warranty services. If I could a negative stars I would.
We had 4 pools installed through Compass for a commercial site and overall we're very pleased with the final result. There were a few challenges along the way, as can happen with large projects, but their willingness to provide solutions and additional works is genuinely appreciated. It's clear they stand behind their product and showed good faith in making sure the outcome was right. Thank you to the team for your support and the extra efforts to help us get across the line.
