I have been living in Compass Pointe for about 3 years now. I like the fact that everyone minds their business. The place is mostly quiet, throughout the whole day. Since the management lady came she has been on her game. The place is so clean. I am happy to be there.
The manager is all for her tenants and making sure everything is clean she is so sweet and nice and get right on your request to fix things Ashley she is amazing
Hello, this is not the first time for the fire alarm to disturb me and my family. I have little children in the house this is the second time. It started on the Saturday I call you guys and nobody answered the phone, the voice message is full I couldn't reach you. Like I said, I have little children our weekend was not okay. I think the should be an emergency number that can be reached at all times. Thank you
I loved this place when we first moved but unfortunately this place has gone downhill
The WORST moving experience I’ve ever had. I applied for a 2 bedroom apartment in early march and was approved by the end of the month to move in May 15th. Set up a tour to view the unit and it was FILTHY. Wasn’t even able to look at the second bedroom because the current tenant was sleeping in there. They were not prepared to show me the unit so we set up another time for me to come see it once the people moved out. They did not let me see the apartment again until MAY 12th!
